The fine print
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
All reservations are to be paid upon confirmation to secure the booking. For all Cancellations, a 3% Credit Card Payment Processing Fee is charged on the total price when a Full Refund is within our cancellation policy. This is for all cancellations even within the cancellation time frame.
Please keep all communication in written form with the hosts, and only call in case of emergencies.
All our properties have linen and towels included within the reservation for your convenience.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Excellent stay! Very spacious, clean and tidy! With 3 small kids, the home was perfect, very secure and private yard with shower to hose off the sand from the beach. Kitchen facilities allowed us to cook for the kids and heaps of cupboard space for food, washing machine a big bonus :) All bedrooms upstairs had very comfy beds and each bedroom has a split system (air con/heating) which was perfect for the hot days we had. Host was absolutely lovely touching base throughout the stay to ensure we were well settled. Excellent location (kids walked to the beach within 10mins) Highly recommend and hope to be back again. Location was great, short distance to the shops. Lovely setup, everything you could need was provided. The back area of the property was perfectly private and peaceful, a great place to sit peacefully, read a book and enjoy a morning or afternoon. Our host was fabulous and always available to chat to. Welcomed bonus of being able to securely park our car in the garage which not all properties I've stayed at offer, great aspect in making us feel safe.
