The fine print
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
All reservations are to be paid upon confirmation to secure the booking. For all Cancellations, a 3% Credit Card Payment Processing Fee is charged on the total price when a Full Refund is within our cancellation policy. This is for all cancellations even within the cancellation time frame.

We have stayed 2 nights in Cowes. The whole townhouse was clean and have enough rooms for 7 people to stay. all the appliance in the house is functional well. we will recommend to our friends.

Great location with beach at end of the street, and shirt walk to main shops. Very comfortable with plenty of room for extended family.

Excellent location beach access at the end of the street. lovely clean big house with plenty of space for a group. Comfortable beds. Big kitchen table and couch for a big group. Would stay at this property again
