The fine print
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
All reservations are to be paid upon confirmation to secure the booking. For all Cancellations, a 3% Credit Card Payment Processing Fee is charged on the total price when a Full Refund is within our cancellation policy. This is for all cancellations even within the cancellation time frame.

My boys liked the pool ans spa, though pool edges had some broken and loose tiles. We liked the rural location.

Very large cabins, lots of space for the family and everything was clean. Staff were very responsive to any requests, the pool was amazing.

The cabin is really well set up for travelling with young children. High chair and portacot were provided. Proximity to Cowes is helpful. The spa and pool are great - people from all of the cabins congregate here so the kids have others to play with.
