The fine print
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
All reservations are to be paid upon confirmation to secure the booking. For all Cancellations, a 3% Credit Card Payment Processing Fee is charged on the total price when a Full Refund is within our cancellation policy. This is for all cancellations even within the cancellation time frame.

Great location - easy walk into the town. Large spacious house with all facilities should you need them. Car port for two cars.

Looked nice, was clean. Advertised as 3 bedrooms but there were actually 4. Would stay again! There was a gorgeous welcome note from a child, presumably the owner's daughter.

Location was excellent. Close to the beach and also cowes main street area.
