This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
All reservations are to be paid upon confirmation to secure the booking. For all Cancellations, a 3% Credit Card Payment Processing Fee is charged on the total price when a Full Refund is within our cancellation policy. This is for all cancellations even within the cancellation time frame.

The apartment was very clean and very well stocked. Everything was there for a perfect family stay. There was plenty of space so that we weren’t sitting on top of each other.

We enjoyed our stay everything we needed was in the house with a well working aircon and heater, beds very comfy the shower was excellent and a nice out door undercover area. The garage was a bonus as it was hot and then it did rain. The walk to the dog friendly beach was in walking distance with a kiosk located near the boat ramp open in the mornings. I would highly recommended this accommodation.
