I didn't receive an email notification with the pin so couldn't collect key at first- although easily resolved with help from the person on the contact phone number.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. It had exactly the type of room we wanted, located right by the sea with stunning views. The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing. There was also a laundry facility available, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!
