By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Location 5 minutes from the beach, beautiful spacious home with everything we needed, easy communication from point of booking, straightforward check in and out. Loved the table tennis and beach stuff in the garage. All we needed to bring was clothes and money, the house had everything. Coffee and teabags and oil, salt and pepper etc available. And cling film, foil and so on. We wish we had more than 2 nights here. Next time we say, though it’s a long way to come from England!

Loved the house. Clean and comfortable with good facilities. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses cups and cookware. Games room in garage was great for the youth. Multiple bathrooms and toilets made it easy for a group. Lots of games and DVD's in the house for that rainy day. Close to the beach and boat ramp was also a bonus.
