The fine print
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
All reservations are to be paid upon confirmation to secure the booking. For all Cancellations, a 3% Credit Card Payment Processing Fee is charged on the total price when a Full Refund is within our cancellation policy. This is for all cancellations even within the cancellation time frame.

Great house and location. Lots of room and thoughtful additions for families like books, games and sports equipment. Lovely fireplace and great to play table tennis.Excellent communication with owner.

We all loved the location, very close to the beach and not too far from the shops. The house was great for our large family.

Great position, close to beach & shops, restaurants etc… easy walk to anywhere in Cowes. Accommodation was great, lots of rooms set up to accommodate a large group, nice open fire in main living space, split systems in both main living spaces and a great backyard. Plenty of off-street parking as well.

Lovely house, very well equipped. Had lots of cool board games and even an nintendo wii with games.
