The location was excellent, staff were brilliant, food in the bar was very good. Unfortunately the Air Conditioning in the room didn’t work we were able to open a window which helped. Fixtures and firings were a bit tired. All in all good value for the price we paid

Absolutely loved this hotel, the value for money was fantastic and the medieval buffet is definitely worth a visit and great value for money also with plenty of delicious food. The breakfast buffet was also a real delight, the staff that I interacted with were all very pleasant especially the reception lady,Angela I think her name was and Paulo at the medieval buffet service, room was spacious and very clean and good bathroom, the place is charming and not one of these modern soulless places. Highly recommend this hotel.
