The hotel was situated in the right location for our weekend, car journeys and public transport. Friendly staff issues when we arrived and during but quickly sorted.

Air con kept tripping out Was extremely hot in room No remote co trolley for tv had to get fan and tv control from reception.

This is my 3rd novotel hotel I've been in and as usual bed was comfy and got a good night's sleep.
