Perfect location close to the Art Centre. Hosts were very welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast. Room was well eqipped and extremely comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely, clean and warm property. Friendly hosts. We really enjoyed the breakfast bags, each morning. Plenty of walks for our dog.

We booked in order to attend an open day at Warwick University, so the location was perfect for us. We were greeted warmly, and check in was easy. The room was gorgeous, a very clever use of space. Bonus points for having Netflix available to guests, a coffee machine and hot chocolate. The bed was very comfy and the hints for good food nearby was great.
