Location is great for Warwick Arts Centre Very clean. Comfortable bed. Streaming services available. Balanced Breakfast. Would recommend, we have been a few times and have more booked

The location is brilliant, comfy bed, good size room and a delicious breakfast delivered in a bag from 06:30 - 09:00. This is my second stay and won't be my last. A huge thank you to the owners for keeping the space spotless.
