The property was lovely - we had a family room Very busy think a convention was on but it didn’t feel over crowded or busy The pool / gym facilities were good clean

The staff was excellent, they welcomed us warmly and accommodated our requests as it was our anniversary. The room was very good, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, and the parking was convenient, though it was chargeable. It would be nice if parking were free for guests.

I had requested a ground floor room as I was travelling with a dog. This was allocated to me & the receptionist was very helpful. Room was well presented and clean The hotel location was good and outside area was well lit
