I liked how friendly and welcoming the staff was. I have a lot of food intolerances and they were respectful of that and tried to accomodate my needs as much as possible. Also the location was great, close to the city center and on a quiet street. I liek how the common areas look and feel like someone's home.

The staff was amazingly friendly and the happy hour in the afternoon was good fun, generous in servings and very well priced. The bus shuttle to and from the lift was very convenient.

Very clean and comfortable. All the staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Fantastic location for both slopes and shops.
