Overall I liked everything. The equipment of the room and the entire house. Easy staff accessibility at any time by email, phone message or phone call. The location of the hotel, quiet location, close to the shopping center, restaurants, shops, hair salon, sports, transport, ...

The host is very kind, attentive, and fluent in English. I ended up at the wrong building, and he personally picked me up one minute later. The place is a large flat with 5 (or so) guest rooms, shared kitchen with plenty of equipment, toilet, shower, and even an additional full-on bathroom with bathtub and everything. All shared facilities were perfectly clean at all times. Supermarkets, McDonald's, and the Évry courcouronnes trains station can be reached by foot. Value-for-price is great! I felt welcome and safe during my stay. I can recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable stay in the Paris region.
