Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had a nice selection of tea/coffee with a comfortable enough bed and enough pillows. No major complaints, perfectly adequate for a hotel of this price-point. AC was really nice to have. Being able to walk back from the La Defense Arena was really nice rather than having to wait for public transport, although it was a 45+ minute walk so this might depend on your mobility, but it was certainly preferable to having to wait in huge queues for a bus.

I booked this hotel because it was close to where my friends had booked. I arrived a little early for check-in; I actually just wanted to drop off my luggage. But the super friendly receptionist, whose name I unfortunately don't know, allowed me to look at my room after providing me with coffee and croissants. Since I didn't like the room (ground floor), she went to great lengths to find another one for me. GOING THE EXTRA MILE for your guests. Excellent. She always had a kind word. All the other people who work there were also always super nice and friendly. I felt very well looked after and safe. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast: there was a bit of everything, the coffee was extremely delicious. Here, too, everything was clean and tidy, and someone was always there to tidy up. I only really slept there, but the quiet surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel made it relaxing and just what I needed after two full days in Paris. I'll definitely be back on my next visit. Many thanks to the staff at this hotel.

The staff were super helpful and were happy to talk us through the best bus routes to get to the centre. The room was ideal and was extremely reasonably priced.
