The staff were wonderful. Very small hidden away in a beautiful little village, so much to explore nearby, chateaux, so many lovely scenes to enjoy. We missed dinner there unfortunately, but were directed 150 metres to a riverside restaurant - best savoury crepes either of us have ever eaten. Incredibly safe, small but busy, no wonder. Beautifully clean, including the ensuite facilities, comfortable room, lovely bed. Book in with complete confidence.

For a small 2-star hotel this was a real treat. Despite not being terribly fluent in English, the ladies on reception were able to look after us during our one-night stay and made us very welcome. The rooms were small, but had air-conditioning. Location was ideal for us. The meal in the evening was the star turn - outstandingly good.

Such a lovely guy, despite being officially closed. He went out of his way to welcome us and make us comfortable.
