We couldn't believe our luck with this one. We like peace and quiet and this establishment is a couple of miles out of Cottonwood so suited our needs. We had a whole suite for less than what we have been paying in some places on this trip for standard rooms. Kitchen with full utensils, proper dining table sofa and armchairs, separate bedroom, huge bathroom with walk in shower and large spa bath I think they are called (it made bubbles), a separate loo and a balcony. Laundry was free, there was a games room, pool and should we have fancied it, we could have seen a magic show in the evening. Quiet and clean.

Absolutely brilliant stopover for us in Cottonwood, and although we were not there long enough to enjoy all the outdoor facilities we were very impressed with the size and comfort of our room. The kitchen area was very well equipped and we had a very relaxing stay. All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very good value.

Our apartment was noisy. A normal connecting door separated it from the other apartment. All the sounds of the family next door could be heard through the door. On the other side of the apartment, behind the window, there was heavy traffic, often including emergency vehicles. There was no stove in the kitchen. There was a coffee maker, but no filter paper.
