Good communication, very large apartment with everything you need. Only minus is there is no elevator, you have to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Excellent choice for the price. Te location is close to the city center, walking distance to everywhere in Cottbus. The furniture shows some extent of wearing out, but certainly at acceptable level. Absolutely clean. Key in a key box at the main door, information sent out by email was in German only, but the manager was ready to help by phone. What I appreciated most was a quick and friendly help when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment (hope other guests will not need this).
