Lovely apartment. Communication was good and we were allowed an early check in with clear instructions on how to access the keys. Everything was spotless and just as on the photos. Location was good for both the beach and the town.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. Perfectly situated across the road from a beach. We had everything we needed for a few days. Check-in without staff with good instruction. No problem to park a car.

Perfectly situated across the road from a beach. Pool area was lovely and not crowded. Very well equipped apartment with a sun terrace from lounge and bedroom and a roof top area. Nice tapas bars and restaurants within walking distance. Overall really nice.

Modern apartment, nicely furnished, upper floor sundeck, short walk to shops and wide range of restaurants in El Cotillo centre. Managing agent was really helpful.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk to plenty of restaurants and the beach just a cross the road. Great rooftop terrace to sunbath and beautiful sunsets. The apartment was well equipped for our weeks stay. There is a communal pool area although we didn’t use it it looked fab. Great instruction prior to arrival to access the property and Nina was so very helpful.

Lovely apartment with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The location was great and the hosts were very easy to communicate and helpful when needed. We will come back!
