Property is close to the beach. Walking distance from the local supermarket. Kids playground is 1min walk. Less than 5 min walk to restaurants. Free parking is available on the street below apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials. Clean and quiet.

Casa Vivien is an amazing place to stay. Super clean, well equipped, comfortable and homely in a fantastic central location in El Cotillo. The beds are so comfortable and there is a quirky mix of old and new furniture. The lovely private roof terrace and extra rooms are easily accessed via the main staircase and are very quiet and peaceful.

Such a lovely place, great location only 2 to 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you need. The rooftop is amazing for afternoon sunbathing and the sun terrace for early evening drinks before dinner. Beach is 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment is absolutely lovely and you really have everything you need in a home in order to cook and wash your dishes/clothes. The upstairs is perfect for couples, and the terrace is probably the best part of the house. I truly recommend this accommodation!
