“5 star weekend stay”
02 Feb 2025
The Bungalow is lovely, private swimming pool is fantastic and the fire in the lounge gives out a great heat and makes it so cosy in the evenings. Fully equipped with everything we needed as well as milk in the fridge and a beautiful home made cake for our arrival.

“Relaxing, very comfortable and as before a great place”

The property was clean, tidy and well appointed. The swimming pool was wonderful and being a constant depth was a bonus.

“Comfortable, welcoming and relaxing.”

A lovely place to stay. Sumptuous bed linen, plenty of towels, very nicely decorated. Furniture was comfortable and so many extra touches that made it feel welcoming. Everything you might want was there. As for the swimming pool - what a luxury to have all to ourselves. The river at the end of the garden with fields the other side gave us views of deer, swans and fish, big skies and misty mornings and relaxing sun sets. Once dark, we could see many, many stars. Very much enjoyed these few days away.

“PERFECT PLACE TO RELAX”
15 Oct 2022
Perfect place for us to stay. Our second visit. Very well presented. Friendly welcome with milk in fridge and tasty cake. Swimming every day in heated pool was a real luxury. It has Netflix so were able to watch Bridgerton series which we hadn't seen before. Plenty of places to visit, coastal, countryside or town plus National Trust properties, all within a reasonable distance. Garden stroll ended by the River Wensum with resident swans who happily stayed on the water. Geese would often fly overhead and settle in the fields opposite.
