we were advised to send passports over before arrival when we checked in it was very smooth and it was after midnight when we arrived this was a good tip the staff were very helpful the villa was brilliant very spacious well equipped the pool was a great size there was a large bowl of fruit on the table and wine we were invited to the hotel for dinner where we had a lovely buffet for 9 of us there was activities in the hotel we could use when our transfer got confused about our pick up the hotel called us and redirected the taxi to the villa that customer service at its best

Friendly staff at a nearby hotel who checked us in and gave us the keys. We also has some vouchers for their health suite which was nice and access to their pool and facilities on the last day. We were able to store our bags and enjoy our day before being collected for our return to the airport. The location of the villa was perfect for us and an easy walk to Playa Bastian along the sea front (30 mins). The villa is very spacious and had lots of bathrooms and sitting areas, this was great for our family group.

The Villa far surpassed our expectations, I could not believe after travelling that it was the right place and had to check booking . Com. Pool was just perfect for us to relax and play. Had pretty much everything to hand we would need, even a few condiments to help. It offered great value for money and the location allowed us to explore the island and park the hire car safely. Would happily book again, staff at Vital Class who manage were equally helpful and pleasant.
