This is the 2nd time staying at this property, convenient location, travel as a group so plenty of room, easy to locate keys, quiet location, but still close to shops, bars etc

We liked the quiet residential setting. Suited us but wouldn't be good for the neighbours if you wanted to sit up outside and party as would definitely disturb them. Close enough to supermarket. Twenty mins or so walk to beach. Found a lovely local wee beach in Costa Teguise for swimming with the fishes! Good layout for our group of five. With nice outside area and open view across garden area to hills. We had a hire car and it was in a perfect place to visit the Cesar Manrique sites which we loved. The large TV worked well and the location was big enough for five to watch something together, but maybe not many more.

Very quiet appartment, spacious, not luxury but all you need for a vacation. Very good and not mentioned with reservation is a fact,that parking slot is in front of the house. Beds are comfy. Enough of storage. Beach walking distance cca 12min (shortcuts).
