Beautiful hotel, lovely food and out door gardens. Entertainment not great. Kids entertainment good. Great spa. Lovely staff.

Junior suite spacious and comfortable for a family of 3. Lots of daily activities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool areas. Nice 20 min walk to Costa Teguise. Also good bus service from outside the hotel. Very good gluten free options at breakfast and we were able to order gluten free options for dinner.

The Royal Level was very good. Our room was like the photos, very spacious and very comfortable. Pools were super and overall the complex was great. Without exception the staff were so lovely and friendly and very helpful. We did have a couple of issues which were sorted out very quickly and efficiently and did not affect our holiday at all.
