Anna “Comfortable bungalow with plenty of relaxing areas and pools, good for a quiet all-inclusive stay”

Our first experience with an all-inclusive stay. We booked last minute, so I was very happy there was still availability. We stayed in a larger bungalow, which was comfortable, though we mostly used the room in the evenings as there were so many relaxing areas to enjoy during the day. I really liked the sunbeds under the tree in front of the bungalows and the pool areas. The beach is a bit farther away, but we walked there one day. The weather was a bit windy, but it was worth it. The staff were more or less friendly, at least with those we could communicate with in English. A plus for me was arriving outside the busy season.

Rooms are fabulous and clean, though was surprised that change of used towels were not replaced with clean the following day and also coffee sachets were not replaced

Hotel and facilities are exactly the same as on photos. I really loved the staff, they are helpfull and always nice to people around. We had all inclusive and it's cool comparing price and quality. Everyday they serving seafood twice a day and everyday is something different. I was surprised coming here and having good food because comments are not reccomending food at all. Cleaning rooms everyday. Hotel is very calm and not having any games and entertainment which was for us perfect. Drinks are good for all inclusive but if you prefer something fancy you should try maybe some bar around the city. City is not very entertaining place because it's calm and if you looking for some entertainment go to Morro Jable or Corralejo. For me Costa Calma is heaven and great hotel really. My boyfriend really loved the place and hotel as well
