The host is very concerned with her guests comfort and therefore thought of everything. Her attention to detail is what makes the stay so special, she even put fresh flowers on the bedside table.

My hosts were extremely helpful with details on where to dine and arranging a taxi for me to Sancerre the following day. Breakfast was delicious, and Marit and her husband were most welcoming, assisting me with my luggage up the long staircase. It is a perfect location near the train station with the village within easy walking distance. I had a very pleasant stay - thank you.

This is one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. Just five minutes walk from the station to a quiet part of the town. Marit was an exceptional host, so friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was not just a breakfast it was a breakfast banquet! Wonderful food including home-made preserves.
