We liked everything the food, the hotel, and the stunning views over the Dee valley. + the staff both in the evening and morning they were all brilliant.

The property is in a beautiful setting on a road to the front but stunningly beautiful views to the rear of the property. We had a mountain view room and loved it. You can hear the steam train passing in the valley below. The staff are very helpful and friendly and although we were late checking in they kept the kitchen open for us to have late dinner. The food was delicious, we both had steak and peppercorn sauce. There is an onsite large car park. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with coffee making facilities and nice toiletries. Our breakfast was excellent with a good variety and quality produce. The staff, Sarah, Jackie and Megan are amazing. We would most definitely stop here again. Highly recommended.

The room was bright and comfortable and had a lovely view from the window. I had nice poached eggs for breakfast.
