Amazing, with HUGE WOW factor and the most amazing accommodating hosts, Silvia & Christian. Silvia picked us up from the train station. They also welcomed us to a local dinner and involved us in the local community, which was a great experience. My partner & I had the room on the bottom level with its cute, private entry. So well catered for. Included good size fridge Washing machine/dryer Cooking facilities with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, knife set, coffee machine with coffee pods, kettle, tea bags and sugar. Smart T.V. Leather couch for two, coffee table with books to read. Table & chairs Gorgeous bathroom with toiletries & hairdryer, great quality towels. Super comfortable Queen bed (spare pillows and blankets) & towel warmer. Great heating A/C Super clean and great location, near a small supermarket and the main entrance within the city. Short walk to main Piazza. Nice and quiet.

Beautifully renovated honouring historical characteristics. Great bathroom. Totally functional kitchen. Super cozy with heaters in both rooms. Virtually ground floor/only one small set of stairs. Great to have the little bodega for groceries nearby. Most of all, the host Silvia has a huge heart and is so passionate about her guests having the most incredible experience as a local Cortona person would. Silvia is very well connected as she has a leadership position within the community.

The accommodation was in a brilliant location, super cute and very comfortable with great amenities. The host was easy to contact and was extremely helpful and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic stay in this former monastery! Casa Zeni is located close enough to walk to the Piazza della Republica, but far away from the noise. The apartment has everything you need - from washing machine and dishwasher to utensils and an oven. The bed is super comfy (softer) and the room where you sleep is very dark and cool in the summer so sleeping is perfect. The hosts are responsive, with tips and discounts for wine tasting. A special bonus are the herb plants at the patio (which is a perfect place for having breakfast and enjoying a glass of wine). We never missed anything and would absolutely come back any time we're here.
