I loved the theatre of the hotel. This is obviously a labour of love for Mr White and a reflection of what inspired him throughout his life. The storyline of the hotel is full of drama and a joy to the senses. Visually wonderful inside the hotel and outside in the grounds. If you want to embrace something different, love adventure and want to stir your imagination then this is the place to stay.

The art and displays in the lounges was amazing! Food was also spot on, lovely dining room crammed with feasts for the eyes, our room was large, comfortable and a perfect mix of modern and chic eccentric. The grounds are definitely worth a stroll around, it's an unusual and captivating venue, perfect proximity to Bath and Wiltshire. Can't wait to go back 😊

Booked very last minute and quite surprised to find I was sleeping in the garden in a Shepherds Hut. I’ve managed to avoid these up until now and although the noise from the traffic was high (A4 has lots of traffic) it was really quite fun. The price I paid included a delicious three course dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself is quirky in a nice way with lots of exotic plants and interesting erotic prints on the walls and several depicting Marco through various stages of his life. The staff were very friendly and although on my own I had a ball.
