We were greeted by Johnny and shown around the house. Shown how to get in, use keys and how to access WiFi. Johnny organised a cot bed and high chair as requested. Loved the complex itself - very secure and really quiet which was perfect for our little family. We enjoyed the living room space and there is a good tv for the evenings if you have small children! Good sizes rooms and a very well stocked kitchen
