I gave 10 in advance, but some of the equipment needed replacing and more maintenance (e.g. adding a better internet access point because existing gives very weak signal, replacing the sun loungers - existing are to old and overworked, replacing or repairing the washing machine - during my stay it was broken. I hope the owner will do what I noticed, especially because I told him about all mentioned above problems. Communication with the owner in Spanish via booking.com messenger. For a foreign guest, I would definitely consider using English, because using a non-international language is strange and some would even say rude. However, the location, rooms and equipment were great.
