By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. this place is great for what we wanted. somewhere we could take the dogs and they were allowed inside. fully fenced the deck has a gate on it. bed was comfy. heating and cooling. its very very practtical nothing fancy but nothing cheap either. we thought it was really good even down to a stubbie holder. some nice condiments in the cupboards. garbage bags and dishwashing soap. we took our own beeding and couch covers try to keep the dog hair to minumum. theres is even a cordless vacuum cleaner. a bosch washer dryer as well. the big tv was nice as well, intertnet was good. if i had place its how i would set it up.

Well located, clean and well looked after house. We enjoyed our family stay and the little features around the house that made it feel homely. Would definitely book again!

Very clean and comfortable, and great to be able to take the dog. Great hot water.
