The fine print
Boat service going to town proper is subject to availability. If guests would like to have the service at their own convenient time, a Php1000 charge is applied for the roundtrip service.Boat transfers for check-in and check-out is free of charge.Boat trip schedules going to the town and vice versa starts at 8am until 7:30 pm Php150 per person for roundtrip service. Php1000 per boat for the special trips out of the prescribe boat trip schedule from 6am until 8pm. Php2500 for a roundtrip service from 8pm until 11pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was nice any chilling, but to get there is a mission with the shuttle boat they provided, the time slots are very limited and the last boat is way too early twice it has delayed more than an hour !!! Our rom was nice , clean with a wonderful view but we had to change room once because the wifi didn’t work at the first location . Staff was nice and friendly just like everywhere in the Philippines but communication was poor with them , their restaurants food options are limited and isn’t great for the price they asking It would be an amazing resort if they improve the shuttle boat and the restaurant

We paid extra to be located in the new block, which had a stunning view and was more modern. The staff were lovely, especially Christian, he made us so welcome every morning for breakfast
