it had a great vibe and style and seemed luxurious - the location was excellent right in the centre and it was good to have the free snacks and drinks in the central communal area - and the staff member we met was great!

Every time we stayed, we had a beautiful view from the window. The location is excellent, with great transport connections. The hotel staff were always very kind and helpful. E-mail communication with the hotel was excellent, and the room service was outstanding – the room was cleaned daily, everything was tidy, and the staff were very polite. On the plus side, the luggage scale as well as the food and coffee vending machines. The hotel’s 24-hour service gives us a strong sense of safety and comfort.
