The schedule for check-out is before 11:00 a. m.To confirm check-out, before leaving the guest must upload to the Checkin platform or to the estipulated platform a picture showing the property's conditionIn case of not getting this visual confirmation, the guest will be charged a 50 € fee for every additional hour as part of the late check-out concept.

Fast communication with the host. The (small) garage for the car. Shops, restaurants and metro at walking distance.

The apartment was nicely renovated. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. The laundry was nice to have. The location was average for a Barcelona suburb: a few stores, parks, restaurants and public transit nearby. The host explained things very well, and even had a nicely printed guide of things to do and see. Value for money was average for Barcelona.
