The fine print
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

If you walk fast you could have easily missed the after hours key collection but it opened well and we found our named bag. Just a shame we had to drive past the accommodation to get the key. Maybe a locked box at the property might be easier,

The location is wonderful and very picturesque and great for all ages especially young children. Very well fitted out with appliances, kitchen utensils etc but would be nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine!
