Beautiful room (free upgrade on arrival which was a lovely suprise) close to bars and shops in the centre of cork, staff on front desk were very warm welcoming and took the time out to show us around the hotel (thanks to the young male on the front desk - very helpful) also explained we had a late flight back home due and staff were happy to allow us access after check out to use facilities of the hotel including spa and cinema.

Fantastic location looking from the hill to Cork City. Lovely restaurant with panoramic views. Experienced a little problem with room heating and after seeing reception was rectified and a small heater was brought to our room as back up.

Location was beautiful, the hotel interior was gorgeous and the view over cork city from the panorama restaurant was stunning. Loved the in house cinema.
