The property was clean, so well furnished and decorated. The staff were so unbelievably nice and helpful. The mini bar was very well stocked and overall it was the nicest hotel experience I’ve ever had!

The room had amazing facilities and was beautifully appointed. Fantastic view down Cork harbour. Unlike many guests I loved the sound of the Iarnrod Eireann mark V DVT purring outside my window. I arrived late and the room service staff from the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
