The fine print
The hotel does not have a car park but there is parking available for an additional fee in a private car park located a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Street parking is free of charge from 18:30 to 08:30 Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.When booking for 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.The Spa is closed on bank holiday Mondays.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The first person we met at reception (cork lady) was extremely helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately staff at checkout were less helpful. I left a train ticket in my room at checkout. When i returned to ask them to check the room there seemed to be no easy way for this to be checked. I was told there was nothing found in the room, but I later realised i also left my phone charger. If they had genuinely checked the room they would have found it- it was left plugged in the bedside socket.
