We where met on arrival by the most friendlies reception girl you coild ask for. Grace not only met us with a smile she was so lovely and helpful. The rooms where big and spacious with a big enough bathroom to walk round. The breakfast was just amazing, different choices of food to eat. Checking out was easy and lovely. Will definitely be going back soon xx

Location was very good as we were visiting a patient in the Mater private in Citygate. Also it was easy to get into the city center. Staff were very nice everywhere, reception, restaurant, etc.

We only booked the day before as we needed a last minute hotel. Room was nice and clean. We had dinner and it had a good kids menu. Food was lovely.
