This is a hidden GEM folks!!! My wife and I have made it a goal to purchase a place in this very location for our vacation home that's how beautiful and stunning the surroundings are. The home comes with easy and accessible parking(very rare in Italy)and neighbourhood is so welcoming and safe with an amazing restaurant steps away from the place. Not to mention the landscape you see on the short walks in the evening and mornings while drinking a cup of coffee from the bakery down the street. The air is so fresh and clean on the walks it truly is the perfect getaway. (The bakery is MAMA MIA "Il Forno di Pioppi") The scenery is by far one of the most beautiful I've seen in Italy. Alessia could not have done a better job furnishing the place. The wifi was fast, was able to work without a problem and stream movies with ease! The pillows were nice and fluffy and the blankets were extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you are like us and love to cook at home. The place is truly a dream. This home is a wonderful vibe and ties in beautifully with the little medieval village it's a part of that also has a cute bell tower in it. Feels like it's out of a Harry potter film. Alessia was an amazing host, with such great recommendations! We also locked ourselves late one evening and within minutes she arrived with the spare key and opened it back up for us! She is incredibly responsive when you write her. I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Perugia or Umbria! This is my go to location only 15 minutes away from Perugia city centre and the drive is worth it for the scenery!
