“Great place for a family to stay in but you will need a car unless you just want to sit on the beach”

Good location, easier with a hire car but there are frequent buses from a 5 minute walk away. 1/2 hour walk to Philippos Supermarket or 5 mins in a car, much better than the ones round the corner. Patio in shade was lovely with BBQ. Upstairs terrace is nice with great views but too hot for me as no shade. Kitchen good and easy to cater for family. Nice pool for cooling off in. Lovely white cat will come and visit/move in.

Amazing location near coral bay, the beach is just in 5 minutes walking. Many places near nevertheless there was a comfortable and silent atmosphere

Stop Looking, Start Booking! This Villa is a 10/10 Must-Stay! If you're heading to Cyprus, your search for the perfect accommodation ends here. This villa is, without a doubt, a 10 out of 10! We had the most incredible time and genuinely didn't want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the host's attentiveness was evident – thoughtful touches like a welcoming jar of coffee, tea bags, and even cold beers in the fridge made us feel instantly at home. However, it was the host's extraordinary gesture that truly set this experience apart. When one of our group unfortunately hurt her foot and couldn't walk, the host went completely out of her way, sourcing a wheelchair and personally dropping it off at the restaurant for us that evening. This level of genuine care and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. The villa itself is amazing, and when combined with such an exceptional host, it creates an unbeatable experience. Do yourself a favour, stop looking at other options, and book this villa. You absolutely will not regret it!

We've just returned from a two week stay at the villa neyla (4 adults 1 child) Absolutely loved the villa, really couldn't have asked for more, spacious, clean, with a lovely pool. Also has a trampoline and little games for children. We were so well taken care of by Irini, the owner. She popped past to make sure we had plenty of towels and that we were happy with everything. A really nice personal touch to the stay, we would absolutely recommend this villa for anybody planning a stay in coral bay. And would like to thank Irini and Andreas for making sure we were so well looked after. If we are back in Cyprus we will most definitely come back here! Gary
