A very special mention of for Mr. Charles Rich who was not a an excellent receptionist the night that we arrived, but also He showed empathy, cam support when I faced a stressful situation (one of my cards was blocked and I did not remember the pin number of the other), but like many things what made the difference was not the problem but the way we feel supported ... if most Square Hotel employees are like him, you will continue to be successful and an hotel that I will always recommend
