The service was outstanding!! We reached Copenhagen in the morning and I was not well so we asked the staff for early check in, tams they allowed to do so which was very helpful for us!! It’s much appreciated!!

Operations and system very well done, No need to talk to any body, Self service registration, Key collection and Checkout, Clean, NY based POD's, and Key based access to floors and rooms.

The location was perfect, only a 10min walk from the train station/metro station and tivoli park. The bunk beds in the hostel were so so comfortable we didnt want to leave. The hostel itselft had everything we needed and if we had questions or needed help (one of our locks for the locker broke so we couldnt open the locker) the staff instantly came to help us. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere to sleep in copenhagen!
