Well I like it because I keep going back.. It’s a great location for what I need.. but.. it’s far too expensive for what it is.. Some home truths - It’s quite new but there is a drainy smell in my bedroom this time (and last time too - obviously in a different room ) The management could have a problem there but to me the waste is not ‘getting away..’ CPH is a big city with a lot of waste to deal with.. Breakfast - is a shambles really.. It’s not the quality of the food, that’s good, but the coffee is consistently shocking.. I love my coffee and keep hoping it will change there / but it doesn’t The shambles is - it’s far too small a breakfast area and the majority of the guests (this time and before) are all falling over each other.. I think it eats into the staff - because, frankly the young girls are rude.. and disrespectful.. That’s a lot to say there .. and I’m due back in the new year so I really hope this message gets through.. And .. whilst the hotel is still new, the rooms / bathroom are small.. it’s quite tight negotiating the bathroom ..! And - there is never a bottle of water or coffee or anything in the room.. Never.. That’s just mean.. And this time I paid £250 a night and this morning I left at 6am (for the airport), still paid for my breakfast which obviously I couldn’t take, but no-one is aware or would even say / we will bring a coffee to your room.. or have one in reception.. Nothing.. Come on - it’s poor guest relations.. I think I’ve stayed 8 times now in about 30 months so I’m a good judge I think..
