Loved the room we were given. If we are returning in future that is the room we are requesting. Location is perfect, daily cozy hour drinks offered by the hotel and the warm and friendly hotel staff (especially the hotel manager who was very attentive) made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable we didn't want to ever leave!

The hotel is 'a cut above' most hotels of it's price range. Everything was very comfortable and efficient, particularly the staff who were all special. We will return to this hotel when we return to Copenhagen. '5 stars'.

Everything. The staff intersected with each other with warmth and connection and this had the effect of making the guests feel welcome and at home. The decor in the lobby area is cosy and inviting. The invite to enjoy either a wine or a beer on the house is a treat as Copenhagen proves do not suit an Australian dollar conversion! The rooms were comfortable and well thought out by through.
