Check in was good and breakfast was also good and the free wine at 5.00pm was a nice touch. The hotel's position in the city centre was a bonus.

Amazing staff - helpful and kind Comfortable beds and loved happy hours 5-6 and 10-11 We made the most of them. Location was perfect.

Location was excellent within walking distance of all major areas and very close to the City Square and Stroget main shopping area. Hyhavn approx 20min walk and Tivoli Gardens aporox 10min walk. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice both continental and also scrambled and boiled eggs. Lovely bread selection.

Breakfast was great, plenty of options from meat & cheese to yoghurt and granola. Requested a twin room and they were able to give us one. Happy hours were a great idea and the bar area comfortable to sit and spend time in.
