Reservations for 10 people or more per night, will be considered group booking. Special group terms and conditions will apply (please contact the hostel for more information).Please not that pets are allowed on request, in private rooms only. Charges may be applicableGROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.AGE RESTRICTIONS: Please note that guests under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated in the dormitory rooms.
In Denmark unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel.PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

-Great location with 1 min metro accessi and 15 mins walking to every district popular. Next to bars, restaurants, cafes, markets. -Room not small, modern, new, clean. Facilities are ok. -There was a bad sewage smell in both the corridor and the room in the evenings both nights. We could not ventilate the room because the windows did not open. Ventilation is 4/10.

Bed not very comfortable. Walls were a little bit dirty. But great location and events and bar area downstairs were amazing. Good games too. Easy to locate and easy check in and check out

Great location, rooms are fairly large (compared to the usual Copenhagen rooms), bar works until late.

There are no slippers provided in the hotel rooms, and naturally, the floors get dusty. Additionally, there seems to be a charge for almost everything—we were quite surprised to see that even cotton swabs cost 10 DKK. Although the hotel seems to cater more to younger groups, overall, my wife and I were satisfied with our stay.

Corridors and stairs are run down but that's the only bad point overall had a great stay. Slept well, it's quiet and comfortable and the staff are just lovely.

Nice (as usual, it’s my 5th stay) but a soup diispenser wasn’t filled at the private room (snd didn’t get filled as was promissed. Also, I was awoke n every night from noizy people in tye hallways, which I had never been before.
