The service was excellent, I had flown from Perth, Australia (which was an unexpected 24 hours layover and a 20 hour journey) with my 7 month old baby and I had contacted the property in advance asking for an early check in if possible. The hotel staff arranged it for me and it made my journey so much more bearable. Thank you so much.
