Cozy, comfortable, hip, and just a great laid back vibe. I stay in the hub XL, great bedding, and love the Rituals products in the bathroom. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and will return again next time in CPH. Great neighborhood, tons of bistros and bars, coffee shops and stores. Very close to the train station and metro. Two thumbs up!

Location is fantastic, place is spotlessly clean, very quiet, safe for solo travellers and a really relaxing place to be after a day sightseeing

very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly helpful and non intrusive, close to transport and attractions, hubs provided plenty of room, very well equipped bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, self service coffee and bar facilities, large hangout area, very impressive

The location was fantastic, and the staff was just as wonderful. The common areas were sufficiently clean, while my private capsule was exceptionally spotless. The sauna was also well-maintained and a great addition to the experience. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any question. The cleaning staff was equally friendly, always smiling and hospitable. I also appreciated the little details that enhanced the stay in my capsule, the lighting options were well thought out (warm firelight for the evening and soft yellow-white for the day) and the sound system was soothing. Plus, the capsule was much more soundproof than I expected, making for a truly relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience, thank you!
